• Answer questions about participation in the Kaua'i Seabird HCP (KSHCP)
• Provide free site assessments of existing or planned facility lighting
• Review lighting plans for new projects during planning and construction
• Work with stakeholders to investigate and address impacts of facilities or projects to protected seabirds
• Provide technical information and resources about seabird-friendly lighting
• Provide seabird awareness training for staff or contractors
• Provide outreach and educational materials related to the conservation of Kaua'i seabirds
• Respond to calls about downed seabirds
